Brand control

Your font, your artwork,
on every local ad.

Head office loads the brand font and the brand artwork once. After that, every image a partner puts out is built with them. There is nothing for a partner to get wrong, and no approval queue to sit in.

Brand fonts

Your real font, baked into every local image.

Head office uploads the brand font file once, on the Branding page. From then on every voucher code, store name and poster line is drawn in it. Not a lookalike from a font menu.

The font file never leaves the platform

Letters are turned into outlines and drawn as shapes into the image. What goes out is the picture, not the font. So the licence stays where it belongs and nothing is embedded in an ad that a third party could pull out.

  • Handles OTF, TTF, WOFF and WOFF2
  • Variable fonts opened at the weight you want, Eg: heavy, condensed
  • Only the letters actually used are drawn

Brand font only on images

One switch. Every font choice that reaches the server resolves to the brand font, whatever was asked for. The partner's font picker hides the built-ins too, but that part is only cosmetic.

  • Applied on previews and on real orders
  • Enforced server side, not in the browser
  • A crafted request still bakes your font
Store name styles

Seven ways to put a store name on a creative. You pick which ones exist.

A location bar, a lower third, a pill, a bar, a minimal line, a tag and a lockup. Head office switches off the ones that are not on brand, and partners only ever see what is left. The setting records what is switched off rather than what is on, so a style added to the platform later is available to you straight away instead of quietly missing.

Or use your own artwork

Upload a PNG overlay and it becomes a style of its own, sitting next to the built-ins. Transparency is checked when you upload, so a flat white box never lands on top of a creative by accident.

Placed where platforms allow it

Overlays stay inside the band Meta leaves free. Nothing ends up hidden under a profile picture, a caption or a call to action button.

Where the line sits

Guardrails instead of approvals.

Nothing here is an approval queue. Partners launch when they want. They just cannot launch anything off brand, because the pieces they can change are the pieces that are safe to change.

Head office owns

  • The brand font and whether it is the only font
  • The image bank and which images may print
  • Which store name styles partners may pick
  • Its own overlay artwork
  • Campaign packages, copy and calls to action
  • The review poster design

The partner chooses

  • Which package to run and when
  • Their budget and how long it runs
  • One local line of text
  • A voucher code, when the package allows one
  • Whether their store name shows on the image
  • Their radius, inside the limits you set
Why it holds up

The brand rule is in the code path, not in the training deck.

Most franchise networks control local marketing with a PDF of brand guidelines and a person who checks things. That works until the person is on leave. Amplaro puts the rule where it cannot be skipped: the font is resolved when the image is made, the overlay is placed when the image is made, and the artwork list is the one head office loaded. A partner in a hurry gets an on brand ad because there is no other kind available to them.
