For head office

You keep the brand.
They get the speed.

This page is for the brand team rather than the store. What you hand over, what you keep, what your team stops doing, and what you finally get to see.

The trade

You hand over timing and budget. Nothing else.

What stays with head office

  • Every piece of creative, in every format
  • The brand font, and whether it is the only font allowed
  • The copy, the calls to action and the landing pages
  • Which channels partners may run on
  • Which store name styles exist
  • Radius and budget limits
  • Which images may be printed
  • The review poster design

What a partner decides

  • Which campaign to run
  • When it starts and how long it runs
  • How much of their own budget goes in
  • One line of local text
  • A voucher code, when allowed
  • Whether their store name shows on the image
  • Whether the organic post goes up too
What you get back

The part that is usually missing.

Most networks cannot answer basic questions about local marketing, because it happens on hundreds of separate accounts. Running it in one place changes what head office can see.

Results per store

Spend, reach, orders and return, store by store, in one table. Weekly, without asking anyone for a screenshot.

Adoption

How many stores have launched anything, which packages are used and which are ignored, and a CSV of the stores doing nothing.

Readiness

Which stores are not set up yet and exactly what each one is missing, so the gap is a task list rather than a mystery.

Setup

Honest about what it costs you in time.

Setup is real work and it is front loaded: import the store list, connect the ad accounts, load the brand font and artwork, and build the first campaign packages. After that the ongoing job is building new packages when the national calendar moves, which is work your team already does for national anyway. There is no per ad approval queue to staff, because there is no per ad approval step.

Common questions

What brand teams ask first.

What does head office give up?

Timing and budget, at store level. Partners choose which pre-built campaign to run, how much to spend and when. Everything that carries brand risk stays with head office: the artwork, the fonts, the copy, the calls to action and the channels.

Can a partner put out something off brand?

Not through Amplaro. Creative comes from packages head office builds, the brand font can be forced on every image, and the only free text is one local line inside a package head office wrote. There is no blank canvas anywhere in the partner experience.

Will local campaigns compete with our national campaigns?

Not on the default channels. Local runs on Meta feeds, stories and reels, on Google Maps, Discover and YouTube, which national campaigns do not saturate. Search packages exist for brands that want them, and they are switched off by default so nobody enters your own auctions by accident.

What happens to our brand team's workload?

It moves from answering individual store requests to building packages a few times a quarter. There is no per ad approval step, because the rules are applied when the image is built rather than checked afterwards.

Can we see what every store is doing?

Yes. Head office sees spend, reach and results per store, which packages get used, which stores have launched nothing, and can download the lot as a CSV.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

The brand does. Campaigns are created through the official Meta and Google APIs into your own ad accounts, and your store data, images and reporting stay in your own tenant, separate from every other brand on the platform.
