Organic social

Paid reach, plus a post on
the store's own Page.

One tick box in the launch flow. The campaign creative also goes up as a normal post on the store's own Facebook Page, and on Instagram when an account is linked to it. Free reach, on artwork the brand already signed off.

What goes up

The paid ad runs. The free post runs with it.

One tick box in the launch flow. When the campaign goes live, the same approved creative also goes up as a normal post, on accounts the store owns.

The store's own Facebook Page

The square creative becomes the feed post and the campaign copy becomes the caption. When the creative has a 9:16 version, a 24 hour story goes up as well.

  • Posted as the store, not as the brand
  • Feed post plus a story
  • No extra budget, it is organic reach

Instagram, when it is linked

If a real Instagram account is linked to that store's Page, the post and the story go there too. No linked account simply means no Instagram post.

  • Only through the store's own linked account
  • Paid Instagram ads run either way
  • Nothing to set up per post
The rule that protects you

Nothing ever lands on the national account.

This is the fear every head office has about giving stores organic posting, so it is settled in the product rather than in a policy document. Posts only go to the Page that belongs to that store. A store without its own Page is skipped, quietly, and its paid ads keep running exactly as normal. There is no setting that points local posting at the national Page or the national Instagram account.

What head office sees

You know what will happen before anything is posted.

A count, before launch

The package health check reports how many active stores have their own Page saved. Eg: "312 of 400 active stores have their own Facebook Page, so posts go up for those".

A note on the store

A store with no Page of its own carries that note on its record, so it shows up in the same readiness list as a missing phone number.

A test nobody can see

Head office can run a live posting test that creates an unpublished post, reads it back and deletes it. It proves the permission works without a follower ever seeing a thing.

Why it matters

Local pages are the cheapest reach a franchise network owns.

Most stores have a Page with a few thousand local followers, and most of those Pages post nothing for months. That audience already chose to follow a store down the road from them. Putting the campaign creative there costs nothing on top of the ad spend, it runs on artwork the brand already approved, and the partner does not have to think about it at all. They can switch it off per order if a campaign does not read well as an organic post.
